MEET LEE
After 16 years working within non - profit organizations and studying trauma-informed practices, I’ve witnessed how deeply colonial systems and inherited conditioning can shape the way we relate to our bodies, intuition, work, worth, relationships, and definitions of success.
My experience facilitating trauma-informed talking circles, conscious connected breathwork, ceremony, decolonized consulting, nourishment, and entrepreneurship has continually brought me back to the same work:
Helping people remember who they are while raising the standard for the quality of life they allow themselves to experience.
As a mixed First Nations woman from York Factory First Nation, my spirit work and lineage have deeply shaped how I understand responsibility, nourishment, community, and success.
I created this customized container for highly aware and responsible people because nourishment is foundational to tending sight, heart and spirit.
